Description Price Hosting - Home (test.mydomain.com) $5.00 USD Subtotal before State sales tax: $5.00 USD State sales tax @ 6.25%: $0.00 USD Total Due Today: $5.00 USD Total Recurring: $5.31 USD Monthly There is a wrong variable name as tax?
