Chance
I am having trouble getting WHMCS to integrate with cPanel. It does not create packages or user accounts. I am fairly certain that all my WHM credentials are entered correctly into WHMCS. I have created a test package and have created a test user. When I assign the test package to the test user, whmcs saves the new records but does not create the packages in whm. Even if when manually enter a test payment for the test user's package, it does not work. I do not get any error messages either. Anyone have any ideas what I may be missing?
Chance
Found the solution. I was trying to have whmcs use 'test' as the test user's cPanel account name and the cPanel module returned an error code that I did not see until after viewing the Activity Log. The returned error was Service ID 13: reserved name. All is good....
Austdata
I thought WHMCS issued a similar warning. At least, I think that's where I got the error from. I didn't have to go into cPanel.
