Agent ticket response not forwarded to other agents.

I reported this as a bug but it got removed so I'm assuming this is either by design (I hope not) or something wrong with my system.

 

We have a number a support agents online at any one time and although the ticket system functions to allow tickets to be responded to by agents and clients the responses by agents are not copied to other agents (Even though their setting is set too receive responses), they do get the client responses though.

 

This leads to agents not knowing if other agents have responded to tickets (Unless they check the website log each time which seems a big pain)

 

Is this the same for others?

 

I'm running V4.01.
