hudai
Hello, I really need some help on understanding the work flow and some whmcs admin options. I have around 700 domains with Resellerclub. And around 300+ hosting account on a cPanel/WHM server. I need to import the all the 200+ clients. I couldn’t find any script available to import them so I have to go manually. I am little confused about the “next due date”. What should I do with it ?? Lets say one of my client has a domain and hosting account created on April 29th 2009. and the payment is pending. What should be the work flow for importing such account and what should be the next due dates for the domain and hosting service? And one more thing I have set up 2 currencies. My default currency is USD and another one is EURO. Now I want to setup a discount coupon of a fixed amount only for client on Europe. But I am confused about the Value filed. Which currency its calculating?? USD or EURO? Thanks
UNIXIELHOST
Importing into WHMCS is alot of work, as far I know, manually is the way to go. There's no import for Resellerclub unless I am mistaken.

UNIXIELHOST
Next due date means that what customer's next billing cycle due. Like if I signup today 6/09/09 and next due date is 7/09/09.
hudai
So on the following scenario “Lets say one of my client has a domain and hosting account created on April 29th 2009. and the payment is pending.” The next due days will be April 30th 2009 right ?
UNIXIELHOST
No, if customer signup up on April 29th, next due is May 29, 2009.
gkibria
I think Next Due Date is the date when customer needs to pay the amount. For example, If a customer order a product on April 29 2009, whmcs automatically set the next due date to April 29 2009 unless there are grace period settings is on in general settings. Any Idea?
dswp
I am currently about 50% through with my imports (manually), and followed the instructions in the docs. You place the order for the client. And then you have to back into the order and change the date ordered to the date that it was ordered in the old system. A client that has an annual bill, and is already 3 months into the contract will have a due date 9 months from today, and an order date of 3 months ago.
