Imported Accounts with Existing Subscriptions / Cancelled Subscriptions

Hi all

I have a couple of different issues.

 

The first issue. I have a client who's subscription cancelled accidentally. Now the system will send out the invoice due which will only charge them for the single monthly and now they will be stuck with manual payments.

 

The second issue. I have used WHM Import to transfer accounts with existing subs. Now i know the IPN will not work so if i cancel all of their subscriptions and make them resign up whats the best method?

 

I would rather they dont attempt to order the same service with the same domain again as I believe WHMCS will not allow it.

 

The two issues are tied closely together. What is the best way to deal with this?

Hi,

1. No, they can create a new subscription as long as they pay on or before the due date.

2. Contact support for the callback redirect script.

I am confused on how they can create a new subscription because if they goto the cart it will attempt to create a new order for them as opposed to paying for their current service.

They don't need to place a new order, the PayPal subscribe button will be on the invoice.
