johnh Posted January 15, 2007 Author Share Posted January 15, 2007 Actually, it can not call as bug.. Also I should explain better. There are two "Admin Notes" filed one is under client's profile. Another one is on Support Ticket's Detail section "Admin Notes" and it can be by "Reply" with selecting it as "Add as a Private Ticket Note", right? I was confused maybe on this. But I think "Admin Notes" on client' detail should share it on support ticket.. as now, "Admin Notes" on client's detail is only viewable by sales, full admin because it is client deatil page..
