I basically just want to have a single page that lists the average response time of the all the tickets for each department. Something that's public and clients can look at to see how we've been doing. Maybe something like: Support Response Times: Over the past 30 days: 12.4 Minutes Over the past 60 days: 11.2 Minutes Over the past 90 days: etc.. etc.. etc..
