Why do Domain Registrations for .CA Fail?

I just completed customizing the pages for domain registrations. We're using eNom. Everything works great including .US, but the .CA registrations fail for some reason. Some questions:

 

If a registration fails, there's no message from the registrar on the complete page that tells the client, hey, this registration failed. It just lists the domain as pending within their domain area. Not very helpful information for our staff or the client to say the least.

 

1) How do I display reason failed information that comes back from the registrar?

 

2) How would I get WHMCS to display the Registrant Address/Phone details on the configueproductdomain.tpl template?
