WHMCS CEO Matt Posted March 6, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted March 6, 2006 Hi, You should put your WHM Remote Access Key in this field which you can get by selecting Setup Remote Access Key in the menu of WHM. Regards, Matt

WickedShark
What does the remote access key actually do? What will not be able to do without it?
Roger
It securely authenticates your access to WHM. With out it you can not interface with WHM. Therefore you would have to create, delete, suspend etc etc accounts manually.
sinai73
hi WickedShark i'm pretty much a newbie at this stuff but.......... It seems to be a "remote" key to the c/panel-whm software i think with your user name and password + the key , whmcs is able to gain access to the cpanel-whm system. i was having allsorts of problems untill i put it in and clicked some buttoms in cpanel-whm then every thing worked much more smoothly. as for the tech side of it all , i don't know. steve
