single Paypal dispute causes 2 transaction deductions!!

We are using the clan pay system, and today we had a paypal dispute raised, which happened to be against a group pay payment.

It seems that somehow just the fact that the dispute was raised caused a transaction to appear on our clients transaction list, deducting the amount....

However upon completing the dispute within paypal, (as after all the money was deducted and refunded), yet another transaction was added to our clients account.

So although the client had only received one £10 payment from this client, they have now been deducted £20!!

Is this an error on Paypal's part or within the clan pay module.... and how do I rectify it correctly?

I know I can just delete the transaction an ensure that the credit is how it should be, but is there a correct way?

I have looked at this a little more and it does look like an error.

Basically paypal placed a 'temporary hold transaction' on our paypal account, which clanpay has taken as a refund and added as a refund transaction onto our clients whmcs account.

The funds were then refunded in paypal as per the dispute.... but then an additional refund transaction was placed upon the clients account in whmcs.

Papyal then altered the temporary hold transaction on the paypal account, to a removed status..... however the first refund that was added to whmcs has not been removed....

Does anyone have any ideas why clanpay would take the initial stage by paypal as a refund... as it isn't a refund :?:?:?
