Multiple Years domains

Hi,

 

Is it possible in WHMCS to enable option for Multiple years domain registration but Domain will register only for one year despite of how many years seleted by customer. then when we see that order is not fraud, we will register it for requested years. If possible then how ?

In Domain Pricing, set the Automatic Registration to Email instead of your registrar. Then, if the order is OK, you can forward it for registration for the number of years required.

Thanks Steve, but in that case there is an issue. Say customer placed order when staff is not present and when staff saw order, found that the domain registered with some other company by any other person (during that Pending for Register period). In that case we will loose our customer. Is it possible to register for only one year in any case then we will manually extend period so that domain name will be reserved ?

But in the solution, you have provided, there is an issue. Say if Our Staff is not present or not read the email AND some other person register the same domain during that period then we will loose customer and the order too. Is it possible to register for only one year in any case so that we will not loose customers and reserve domain name?
