Different billing cicle, different payment method

Is possible change payment method for different billing cicle?

 

example:

if you pay annual, you can pay with wire transfer, paypal, credit card

if you choose monthly, you can pay only with paypal

not at this stage, but I would like to see an option todo that as well. You can have different payment methods for different package groups though.
