bin_asc
1. If I import a user, why can`t I change his order ? I mean, the script generates a blank order, that I can`t change. I`m using v3 2. The users cpanel login button. If the user changes his cpanel password, he can no longer log in from whmcs. Could there be a way to simlink these things ? Like if cPanel changes the pass, it changes in the whmcs form ?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted January 13, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted January 13, 2007 What do you mean creates a blank order? The WHM Import script doesn't create any orders - just hosting accounts. And no, there's no way to syncronise with the cPanel password if the user changes their password in cPanel.
bin_asc
Well, yes, that`s it. It doesn`t create an order. My question needs to be rephrased : after I import an account, what do I need to do to attach a new order ?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted January 13, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted January 13, 2007 I don't understand what it is you are trying to do. The WHM Import Script will create client accounts and create their hosting account inside the client account. There's no need for an order. bin_asc
How will they be billed then ?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted January 13, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted January 13, 2007 You need to enter their payment method and next due date on the hosting accounts page in the clients admin section and then they will be billed for that date.
bin_asc
But they then don`t appear on All My Orders tab.
