bmarker
I am testing the functionality before going live, and I have suspended a hosting account just to see what would happen when I go to the domain name after suspending the account. WHMCS successfully suspends the account, however it redirects the domain to a page that doesn't exist and thus a 404 error. Here is an example of the redirected URL: http://domain.com/suspended.page/ The domain is not the hosted domain, but my parent domain where WHMCS is installed. I looked all over, but couldn't find the variable to change the suspending landing page. Anyone know where this is located or how to change this?
Ivanner
That is the normal behavior on cPanel. You can look into cPanel's documentation about how to customize your suspended page, or the video tutorial on my website: https://www.dotanything.net/secure/knowledgebase/201/Video-Tutorials.html
