bspiller Posted May 23, 2009 Share Posted May 23, 2009 Yesterday all of a sudden my Account Suspended Email's stopped working. Nothing was changed or modified. I sent 1 Account Suspended email to a client then I went to send another to a 2nd client. When I clicked send email to this client WHMCS loaded a blank page and never logged or even sent the email. It also appears that any email with the words account suspended shows a blank page. I tired to copy the text in this email and send a manual one via WHMCS and it did the same thing. All other emails send fine from what I can tell. This is what I did to get the issue. 1. Click on clients profile 2. Products/Services 3. Send Message > Account Suspended Upon clicking the send email, it loads up a new page that is blank.
