WHMCS will not provision Direct Admin

I'm trying to demo WHMCS to see how well it works with Direct Admin.

while trying to use direct admin to auto provision, it does not create the account and gives me this error:

22/05/2009 19:13 Module Create Failed - Service ID: 9 - Error: 35 - error:140770FC:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:unknown protocol

I have checked that my package reads the same exactly in both DA and in the setup of WHMCS, I have also entered the correct admin/pass to DA in WHMCS.

Thanks for your help.

Okay, so I figured out that was due to not having a root ssl cert. I unchecked use SSL in the server setup.

Log then reads:

Module Create Failed - Service ID: 11 - Error: Package not found

is caps not allowed with numbers in the name of package perhaps? i don't see why not:?:

Mine is called THEBESTDEAL and VALUE100

I am having the same problem with the software. I have gone through all of the settings many times and ever re-keyed my cert several times and even re-issued my cert several times to no avail. I got this software for many reasons and one was so that it would automatically create the accounts when a client orders from the website. I will look through the settings once more, but I don't think there is anything wrong there because I have followed the instructions thoroughly several times as well.

Any help would be appreciated.

I fixed the problem with the certificate. I reluctantly disabled the SSL to create the package considering that both DA and WHMCS in on the same server, but now it won't create the package. I have Bronze, Gold and Platinum in both DA and WHMCS. I tried to follow the "Server" documentation, but the pics are gone so I am not 100% sure if I am doing it correctly.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!.....:)
