Module Command Error Login Failed

I have recently started getting this error when i try to create/suspend/terminate accounts.

None of the details have changed, the only difference has been that I have upgraded to version 4.

I can access WHM by going into servers and clicking the WHM button, so all my login details are still correct (right?)

I'm at a loss as to explain why this is happening, can anyone help?

Go the same problem of Module Command Error Login Failed which won't allow me to suspend, auto create, remove accounts from within WHMCS; however the version I'm running at the moment is WHMCS Version: 3.8.1. Will upgrade later this month.

After looking at a few settings I realized my server ip is different from what the license shows. I will submit a support ticket to see if this clears up this problem.
