I tried by adding {$ticket_department} to the subject line, but it doesn't seem to work (I expect the template only applies to the body text). eg's [TicketID: XXXX] New Support Ticket Opened [billing] [TicketID: XXXX] New Support Ticket Opened [sales] etc Cheers, Joel 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
