I'm using OptmalPayments and was wondering if I can issue a refund via whmcs or do I have to issue it from the gateway's site ? tomdchi Posted May 19, 2009 Share Posted May 19, 2009 I am in the final testing of a gateway module for use with eProcessing Network that supports refunds directly from your whmcs. The cool thing is that the customer will not have to leave your site AND you will never have to store their credit card info but you will still have the ability to process future transactions as well as recurring payments without the customer entering their info again.
