cocabean
Been playing with the automation of setting up an account for a few days but cant get it to create the package on whm/cpanel. I had added the server and managed to import an already existing account from whm/cpanel. When trying to create a new user to a package in WHMCS that has signed up from the clients profile > products/services page it says: "Module Command Error Sorry, unable to use Package evahost_Starter. Verify that the Package exists and that you have not exceeded your reseller restrictions." The package is the same as for the one I imported, so I dont see what can be the problem. Any ideas? Thank you
chickendippers
Well assuming you have a package called exactly "evahost_Starter" in WHM. Then the problem would appear to be that your don't have the necessary privileges to create another account based on the space/bandwidth etc of that package.
cocabean
I have tried both evahost_Starter and Starter as WHM puts the host name prefix on packages. I can create the packages manually in WHM so it cant be that either What else could it be?
