Question regarding payment options on invoice..

Hi,

 

Let's say I have adtivated paypal invoice, paypal subscription, 2co invoice.. on payment type on WHMCS..

 

and customer chooses package and checkout.. and it direct to invoice..

 

when he/she chooses paypal invoice, or 2co invoice... on invoice page, it does not show paypal subscription on drop down menu. I only see paypal invoice and 2co invoice..

 

is there any reason whmcs does it like this?

 

am I able to show all of payment type as I set on setting?

 

because incase, they change their mind and want to choose subscription on invoice page?

A user cannot create a subscription from the invoice. This has been discussed many times. Please use the search feature before posting.

I see, but if user select subscription option on invoice and with clicking buttom, isn't whmcs able to create and jump to paypal?

No, which is why it is not an option on the invoice. Recurring logic is not stored in the invoice.

so, in order to change, need to modify by admin?

Yes, the admin would need to set the user to PayPal Subscriptions and the user can then create a subscription from the client area.
