Ticket response problem

Hello,

when my clients open a new ticket i gave an automatic response from one operator of my staff:

 

A new support ticket response has been made

 

I'm using whmcs 4.0 but this didn't happen when i had 3.8.

 

Is it possible to delete that automatic response?

Hello Jay,

i have to untick

 

"Tick this box to receive email notifications when new tickets are opened or responded to"

 

?

 

In this way i am not able to receive mails when a ticket is opened or responded anymore?
