Everything works great from the client site but when we're logged in as an admin we can't see any tickets. nhudson Posted May 12, 2009 Share Posted May 12, 2009 Hi there, As Kayako is an entirely separate software, you would need to login to the Kayako admin/staff areas to take advantage of those features.
