redrat
Hi all. Has anybody successfully integrated the new v4x Client Area template with Joomla yet? The reason I ask is that WHMCS themselves only offer integration with the default theme and I specifically want to achieve a basic header/footer integration with the new one. Is this even possible? I just don't get what the problem would be but need some clarification before I start. Any insights, guidance, etc., is much appreciated.
webberoo
I don't think you should think of it as integrating into joomla specifically. Think of it more as integrating into your HTML template. I am about to start work on an integration for my new site. I'll let you know how I go.
redrat
Hey thanks very much for responding webberoo. I'm holding back on my v4x integration until I have some reliable guidance since I am no great coder and might otherwise mess things up. I'd love the benefit of any advice you are able to give and best wishes with your own integration. Regards, Chris
Shaun
Chris. http://kadeo.com.au/ is joomla and http://my.kadeo.com.au/ is running a whmcs v4. There isn't really much to it. Just get a fairly plain joomla page (tos or privacy policy) then cut around the header/footer. Then copy accross your style's etc. You will find that using firebug for firefox will save you heaps.
