Support tickets URL

Hi, before I go live I thought I would try out the support ticket system.

Though something is not write. When the system sends the client an e-mail stating he/she has a new ticket it also sends a URL on where they can view the ticket direct. When you follow that link. it always says Ticket not found.... Which I'm sure would confuse the hell out of the more. technologically challeneged clients even though all they have to do is click support.

 

Anyway is there a fix for this, what am I doing wrong?

Also (im not gonna start a new thread for something so small) but like when i login there is the "you have orders pending box" and when you click there are no orders pending cos i cleared/accepted them all. So when you click the box all you see "no orders pending" its really starting to tick me off...

Logged in Logged out, nothing...

Basically its just a bug telling me there is something pending when in fact there is nothing pending at all!
