Hello graphtech,

In my case it is v4 new install, it's not an upgrade. It just when i was testing how transfers work the transfer price is set only for first year, all the other transfer price years options are disabled, (because as I understand there's one set price for transfers,) but while checking out the shopping cart still gives me a drop down menu with year options that were disabled, and lets me choose those options, which leads to this kind of error (Invalid TLD/Registration Period Supplied for Domain Registration) The error disappears when transfer price is set for all years options.

I was thinking to set the price for each available transfer years option in WHMCS and if a customer transfers a domain for 5 years for example, and my registrar adds only a year to transfer domain, I would just add 4 additional years to domain manually. Do you think this would work?

Thank you!

Serg

Hello,

graphtech,

You said that the problem is with the custom template? And that everything is ok when you get all the *domains.tpl from the new default template and paste it in the custom template? Does this applies only for upgrades from v3 to v4? I have v4 new install and have the issue with this error, and it comes from transfer/pricing, disabled years/options for transfer, consequently shopping cart allows to choose disabled years and I get the same error message. Further more, I cannot access/view shopping cart after that error message.

Can you please share exactly what's wrong with templates? And what is set to default in those templates? So I can check mine.

twinbros,

I did try to test shopping cart (especially with transfering domains) with many other browsers, but get the same issue. I guess for me it is not a FireFox incompatibility problem.

Sincerely,

Serg

Hi,

I have the same problem, but after hours to check, I found that this problem may be made by only Firefox browser, All is fine when I changed to IE and Chrome.

Please check from your side and feedback.

Try to clear cookies from your firefox, then try again to make an order.

First i got a same problem, then i try to change orderform templates from boxed (which have a custom made templates on it) to web20 (original whmcs) it seem working properly.

And make sure delete all files from templates_c folder.

if your custom template was made for v3 then yes its aplies to v4 also ;)

as i say all you need to replace is : (bulkdomaintransfer.tpl, domainchecker.tpl, bulkdomaintransfer.tpl)from v4 default template to your custom

as default set your custom template.
