Hello all,

after testing whit version 3 i decide to lease version 4.

Version 3 was running on my Plesk whit no problem at all, but now i have to big problems.

Clients are not created on Plesk 8.6, the client can't order and it shows one error, 'can't create in'.

Second problem, Emails send from the system are received whit a part off the mail header in the body.

Sorry for the bad English, but any help is welcome.

From the Upgrade wiki

Plesk

As most Plesk users will be aware, the way Plesk handles their API is to make it not backwards compatable with updates. Therefore, you should only update to the Plesk module in V4 if you are running Plesk 9 for all your servers. If you are not, you will need to continue using the current module where creation of clients and domains should still work.

have you tried replacing whmcs 4 plesk modules with 3.8's

That's the way the default WHMCS Plesk module works.

For each domain a new contact is created on your Plesk server.

Also note if you have several domains under a contact (historical or created afterwards in Plesk) and you terminate a domain in the WHMCS/Plesk, not this domain is deleted, but the contact INCLUDING ALL DOMAINS under this contact is deleted.
