Default Merge Fields not propagating ..

Working in the email templates .. the default merge fields for any of the comain information is not present. Looking at the merge field lookup ... they are not there either.

 

Specifically the Domain, Username, Password, Package, ServerIP, name servers (all in brackets "[ ]") which are in the Welcome email.

 

Suggestions?
