synx3
I've been using WHMCS for 2 years but ever since WHMCS switched on April 5th from a custom made licensing solution to using WHMCS I have not been able to login to my WHMCS admin to request a new validation key. Everytime I request a new password to be sent to me I never get the email. I've tried calling their office but no luck getting thru. What can I do?

Retired Forum Member WHMCS Joe Posted May 5, 2009 Retired Forum Member Share Posted May 5, 2009 Hi If you don't get an auto response with a ticket number, your email has not been received. Please email the sales@whmcs.com email with your account details and we can send you your details. If you have received a ticket creation email please paste the ticket number here and we can check it for you. You may also need to whitelist whmcs.com on your server if not receiving our mail. synx3
Last night it appeared WHMCS had fixed my issue but today I am encountering the same. I believe now the problem is that, since I'm using a cloud hosting service, the ip isn't static rather it changes often on a day to day basis. Months ago WHMCS was able to resolve this issue for me by doing something that I really do not remember at this time because I am unable to access my WHMCS admin to retrieve my old tickets. Can anyone help??!!!

synx3
Keep trying! What finally worked for me was emailing sales from another personal email account and providing them with my last transaction ID.
