Can't change the input box text color

Hi there! For the life of me I cannot find the file needed in order to modify the input boxes at the bottom of my product page. Please see:

At the bottom, all I want to do is add a 1px #cccccc border to those fields, but since they are custom fields there's no place to edit their attributes.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
