HostBizLng
Greetings, I have a question about future upgrade from v3.8.2 to v4, when it's going to be released and available. I am a new to WHMCS, and currently working full force (and long hours) on configuring everything in v3.8.2, but after reading the feature list and changes of upcoming v4, I had this weird feeling in my stomach , wondering if I am currently wasting a lot of my time, while configuring v3.8.2, since v4, (to which I cannot wait to upgrade) has 'a lot' of changes. And I am afraid that I would have to re-configure a lot of things after upgrade to v4. Would someone, who already upgraded and tested v4, please be very kind to advise on this matter. My business and website is not launched yet and in the process of development. Considering this, I have an option to stop my work on configuring v3.8.2, if I knew that after upgrade to v4 I would have to re-configure a lot of things I spent many days configuring in v3.8.2. Please, if it is possible, would someone inform me and other new WHMCS users about certain difficulties, if there are any, when new v3.8.2 users might face after upgrade to v4. I am sure that many of WHMCS users would be very thankful, if they are informed about certain steps they can take before release of v4, to save the time and effort, for example on configuring everything in v3.8.2 like I currently do, if a lot of things would have to be re-configured after upgrade. Sincerely, Serg P.S. My apology for wordy post, it's just my habit Edited May 4, 2009 by HostBizLng
