WHMCS CEO Matt Posted January 6, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted January 6, 2007 This typically happened in V2.5.8 when you clicked the Complete Order button before clicking Update Order. Matt
vnsg
will it affect the product/service customer has in their account?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted January 6, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted January 6, 2007 They will not have a product/service in the account. It is as if the order never happened. You need to do it again and use the correct sequence - Update Order, then Complete Order.
