Migrating from Modernbill to WHMCS - paypal

Hello

I'm currently using Modernbill v4, but planning to now migrate to WHMCS. We have lot of users paying us by paypal subscriptions, so what will happen to their subscriptions, will their payment still get credited to their account after migration?

 

Is migration from modernbill v4 smooth?

 

We are even using Worldpay Junior, but from what I understand after reading documenation on your site, moving worldpay junior from modernbill to WHMCS should be smooth.

Open a support ticket, there is a script you'll need to upload that points the old subscriptions to WHMCS. Works perfectly.

Well their support system does not allows me to submit a ticket, till i buy the license, i want to buy license but after i get a reply from some staff of whmcs is there any way to get them to answer me ?

Have any of you migrated from modernbill to whmcs? do you need to take backups of your modernbill db, i mean does the import script makes any changes in the MB database? or it just reads the data and converts it into whmcs format and adds it to the whmcs database?

It just reads the database, makes no changes.

Ok i just installed a demo copy and after installation all i see is this as in the screenshot, there is no option to configure or manage anything in it, did i missed something?

You must have either changed something or something didn't upload correctly. There will be a lot of information under the Admin Summary heading.

I fixed it by changing file permissions for templates_c to 777
