WIS hosting
Hello, when a client orders new hosting + domainname WHMCS generates an invoice with a due date of 14 days in the future. No problem with that. When a renewal is upcoming it sends out a reminder 30 days before due date. It automaticly then creates an invoice, like it should. But the client then has 30 days to pay the invoice as the invoice due date is the same as the expiry date of the domain and hosting. I would like to have the money 14 days before ending the hostingpackage and domain. How or where can I adjust the due date for invoices of renewals?

WIS hosting
In automated settings I instructed WHMCS to create a new invoice 30 days before renewal. But the invoice have to be payed within 14 days. The system takes the due date and this is 30 days. How can I change that? Without doing it manually? How do other users do that?
WIS hosting
Can somebody help? When invoicing a domainrenewel why isn't the due date of the invoice correct? How can I help this? And how do other people do this when invoicing a month before due date of the domain?
