MonkeyMagic Posted April 23, 2009 Share Posted April 23, 2009 We just moved over to WHMCS from ClientExec, and we use the eWay payment module. In ClientExec, when a credit card payment is passed through to eWay and it Declines, the error message (reason for declining) was displayed in the transactions error at the bottom of each invoice page. WHMCS does not show ANY declined payment information - or atleast I can't find it. See attached for how it showed in ClientExec. Where does it show this in WHMCS??
