openmind
https://support.sagepay.com/forum/Topic8090-22-1.aspx?Update=1 It doesn't appear to be affecting WHMCS but this needs to be addressed fairly quickly as SagePay as they now call them selves dropped a huge spanner this morning...
Terra
3D Secure payments have stopped working on our site on the 23/April - everything else goes through, but 3D Secure fails - fabulous. Not like we're losing business or anything

Terra
My ticket's open - also emailed SecPay - they're quite good but every now & again they do fu** up majorly. Still remember when they switched on 3D Secure and some sites had no payment system for weeks. Looks like it's time for another fu** up. 3D Secure payments simply seem to time out at the ProtX / SagePay end: Transaction CANCELLED by the Protx systems after 15 minutes of inactivity. This is normally because the customer closed their browser. So something's broken with 3D Secure when you hit confirm on the 3D Secure page.
Terra
Matt has sent a new module & it's all now back online. In the same time as Matt was helping / debugging, all I got from ProtX was an automated reply - obviously taking payments is not a priority for a payment gateway provider So - thumbs up to Matt for sorting this within a few hours!
