LH-Danny Posted April 19, 2009 Share Posted April 19, 2009 Hello, My WHMCS installation used to be hosted on a cPanel server, but we recently moved servers to a DirectAdmin control panel. We're having problems with the email import with the cron jobs, everything is fine we had this checked over by DA. If I run the cron job manually, it says it has worked but the email has not been imported into WHMCS. I've checked the 'Ticket Mail Import Log', and everytime the cron runs, it says this 'Blocked Potential Email Loop' Any help will be appreciated.
