Like i see the notes tab but i cant add any notes to it in any way. Because every ticket has a different issue and i need my admins to follow up on were i left off but i cant find out how. Second the new currency stuff. For example when they pay to my paypal account or 2checkout etc will it be in USD or the currency they choose?
