moonsoft
I have been using Enom SSL to automatically provision SSL certificates, and for some reason on my setup this is purchasing the ssl from enom BEFORE the client has actually paid for the item. this is a HUGE problem, since ENOM will not refund those types of sales. has anyone else experienced this, or know how to fix this?
chickendippers
What setting are you using in the Module Setting tab? I've never had a problem getting an SSL certificate refunded, you just need to make sure it's been cancelled by the issuer (GeoTrust etc) first. moonsoft
i had it setup to automatically activate after payment recieved, I ordered one through a test customer cp, and then created an invoice in the admin side, I beleive that when i created this via the admin side, even though it was marked as DUE that it provisioned it with ENOMSSL even though payment wasn't recieved
