ShoresPC
I'd create a ticket but I have my license through a reseller who was unable to figure out the problem. Does anyone know why my pre-sales email form would not be working? I just realized it acts like it works but the emails never arrive. I double checked my settings to make sure it should be coming to the correct address, but it does not. Who knows how long this has been going on, it is very frustrating. All other emails send without a problem, client emails, new account information to me, etc. it all works but just not the pre-sales contact form. I have the latest addition of WHMCS installed. EDIT: I have discovered it works when I set my email to my gmail account, but when I set it to anything@mydomain the emails just never show up. Other email from my self, other accounts, other websites, people etc all sends just fine to mydomain.com accounts, only the pre-sales contact form fails to send to these addresses, what is going on here? scurrell
Have you checked your "Ticket Mail Import Log" to see if they're sent, but being rejected?

ShoresPC
Actually it seems no emails are sending correctly any more to any address at my domain, not even account creation or anything. Emails to clients still work fine though, I guess I'll have to unprofessionally run everything from my gmail account until this is fixed?
