CaptainMack
Hi, Title pretty much says it all. My system can easily send emails, like welcome, invoices etc. But I see in the logs that everytime a support ticket has been made or it's replied to, it fails at sending emails. Anyone seen this before and have a solution? Any help appreciated. //Christian.
ShoresPC
Does your pre-sales form send e-mails correctly? I'm still setting up WHMCS but for some reason my pre-sales form does not send anything or give any errors anywhere or in the logs. I haven't got to tickets to see if they are messed up as well. But my client emails also work just fine.

deBackupProvider
You can activate them by going in WHMCS to configuration > administrators. Then select the administrator you want to assign to the support department(s). And enable Support Tickets Notifications. Hi, Title pretty much says it all. CaptainMack
You can activate them by going in WHMCS to configuration > administrators. Then select the administrator you want to assign to the support department(s). And enable Support Tickets Notifications. The thing is, I've already done all that, assigned myself to "all" departments, add notifications. But it just says "failed" when sending notifications to me as administrator and to the customer when ticket has been replied to.

CaptainMack
Anyone? Should I try to reinstall WHMCS, but keep the database?
redrat
I think you should open a support ticket to address this and get it resolved once and for all.

kjmcculloch
Did you get this resolved? What was the solution?
clwheatley
Any solution? I have a similar situation. Users can receive emails generated however admins that are enabled to receive notifications do not. Chris
CaptainMack
Hi guys, Sorry for the late reply. I guess that I just entered some wrong settings under support department, you have to use (I'm pretty sure on this point) the same email as normal system email.
