newbie
Hi, I wonder how and if the explanation below can be realized with WHMCS. My supplier uses prorate and has a due date of the last day of each month. (28/30/31th) I have to cancel items (server/domains/bandwith/backupstorage/loadbalancing etc..) 24 hours before they are due. So I want to have a due date for all customer of 3 day before the end of the month. (because of saturday/sunday and other holidays). At the same time I want to issue the customer one invoice for all items that are renewed/prolonged. At the same time if something is ordered in a month the next due date becomes 1st of that month of that year minus - > 5 days (atleast 5 days). So order 9 April invoice states prorate 9 April 2009 untill 25 march 2010 Or 30 May invoices states prorate 30 May 2009 untill 25 April 2010 Or 28 march 2008 invoces states 28 march 2008 untill 25 april 2010 In last 2 cases the services is for 11 months but the due date is always on the last day of the month before it was ordered. someone any clue?
