beboo Posted April 8, 2009 Share Posted April 8, 2009 Hello, I set up my ticket system to import emails from our Google Apps domain. It checks the mail and the emails show up in the Import log but they have no address in the To field and the status is "Department not found". Well, it's obviously not going to be found because it's not seeing the To field. I have had several people from different services try to send an email and all of them show as blank To fields.
