Recurring payment not working?

So I checked my admin and I noticed that the monthly customers payments were not submitted, it is recurring monthly and I tried to look everywhere on how to fix this.

Anyone know whats going on? I checked my products/services and the plan does say "recurring payment", and I supposed to do something special?

Hello Keolo,

I suppose I should have skimmed through this section before posting. However, FYI I am in the same boat as you. I had to actually not add any of my new customers to WHMCS for quite some time and do everything manually which is a pain in the know what lol.

Once I have the solution for this issue I will then migrate all my customers backinto WHMCS. For now I only have a few customers added originally in the WHMCS database.

Of course, those customers have passed through the hoops without payment. I don't really feel like going back and telling them they owe me X amount since it was an error on our end technically speaking.

Cheers,

Matt
