webunlimited Posted April 7, 2009 Share Posted April 7, 2009 Does anybody know if there is a way to get notifications out to admins when a client purchases from WHMCS? We get notifications when a client creates an order, but often we need a project manager to get back in touch with a client as soon as they complete the purchase. This is mainly for mail-ins as we get notifications from the payment gateways. But it would be helpful to automate our processes for the payment gateways as well. Thanks in advance! readywire Posted April 7, 2009 Share Posted April 7, 2009 Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, anyone, but I don't think this is a feature built in to WHMCS. If this is something that's really important to your operation, you could have WHMCS bcc your team on every email that it sends out.
