coolguyz_2009 Posted April 7, 2009 Share Posted April 7, 2009 hi, when someone opens a ticket and when admin replies to that ticket, they will get an email notification via email. how can i setup that after they receive email they can reply to that email straight away and that reply will be published in their ticket? i have tried many ways but if they reply to the email its not getting posted in ticket any help? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
