One time fees showing up in monthly fees area.

I have some services that I charge one time for but when I enter the one time fee and save changes the price still shows up in the monthly charges area.

 

Is this normal? I don't want to make my clients think I'm shady nor do I want to process a lot of charge backs.

 

What can I do?
