Help set up domain registration

Recommended Posts

I have gone through my WHMCS admin and i have set the pricing for domain name and now i think i have to go to configuration > domain registrars > registrar settings and select the registrars which i want to use... which would probably be ENOM..

Is this all i have to do or do i have to go signup with enom as well. can someone tell me the prodecure? i was told on this forum that i will need to pay $100 to enom also... why?

Thanks

You'll need an Enom reseller account, which you can get free from WHMCS.

You still need to pre-fund your account with a minimum of $100 though, because when your customer pays for a domain, the payment goes to you, not Enom.

I have another question about this, In modernbill the domain products were already created, so i have a question about "best practices" I noticed it says there is the ability to create another domain product for multi-year registrations, this doesn;t seem right, maybe i am missing something here, can someone elaborate?
