ditto Posted April 2, 2009 Share Posted April 2, 2009 (edited) I am using WHMCS Version: 3.8.2 and DirectAdmin, and I am using "Ticket Importing using Email Forwarders". My site with WHMCS is still in development. Yesterday I posted a test support ticket, and it worked. I then deleted the test support ticket. Since then I have created many new test support tickets, and also deleted them. The problem is that one of the test support tickets that i deleted yesterday, keeps coming back -- both back in the WHMCS control panel, and also it is sent to my email (i get both the "New Support Ticket Opened" and the confirmation to the customer). I think I have received the test support ticket at least 7 to 10 times since I first deleted it yesterday. Every time i have deleted it again, but it keeps coming back ... As I mentioned, I have also created many other test tickets during this time, and then deleted them, but it is only one of them that keep coming back. Where can I look to fix this problem? Any hints?
