prashant
I ran into this issue, if anyone can help out I imported my accounts from whm to whmcs and all my clients cpanel passwords were blank. If i leave them blank and then login in the clients area, the password space is empty and it does not give me an option to put the password there. Since mosts of my clients would have changed their cpanel passwords, i can't ask them to give them to me so that i can manually update from whmcs admin. Anyone faced the same issue?
XN-Matt
As far as I know, there isnt anything you can do about this as they are encrypted. Either leave them blank, or just enter a random value there and then if your customers need to login, they can just change them via the client area at their leisure.
prashant
Either leave them blank, or just enter a random value there and then if your customers need to login, they can just change them via the client area at their leisure. This is the whole problem... there is no option in the clients which would enable them to change the password.
